They are very friendly and I've done 3 drop offs in the past few weeks. I was satisfied with most of items I picked up except for a couple of pieces. Unfortunately I won't be keeping this location for tailoring. One of 4 items I picked up today was a sweater I've had for over 10 yrs. The left elbow had a hole in it. I asked for both elbows to be covered with a dark brown patches. Instead, the section with the hole was hemmed, slightly shortening the left sleeve and leaving a new seam. NO patches were added.
