After numerous attempts at fostering an "exercising habit" I eventually ended up at JT-Fit after thinking that a personal trainer might be what I needed. 11 years later I'm still going and Justin is still my trainer. Over the years I have tried many different gyms but could never stick at it. Around 8 years ago I came to JT's, not realising at the time that it would represent one of the most positive decisions of my life. I look forward to my regular classes with people of different ages and different levels of fitness where we come together and enjoy getting fit. Never known training like this! For 5 years JT has pushed my fitness boundaries, tailored training to my niggles and injuries, and kept workouts fun and varied. Great supportive environment no matter age or stage.

I can say with confidence that working out here at JT’s has not only changed me but also changed the way I look at fitness. I only wish I knew about this years ago however I am thankful for a new stronger more energised version of myself.
