Cannot recommend JT Data Recovery enough!! John was excellent. He was very clear about his expectations for recovering my data, how much this would cost, and how long it would take. On top of that, John is just a friendly and down-to-earth guy. Sadly, in my case he wasn't able to recover my data - due to the nature of the damage, it turns out there was no data to recover. Great service fromJT Data and i would highly recommend. I was devasted to lose photos from a USB stick from a deceased family member so I took it into JT Data. He scanned the device using around 8 processes over night and kept me updated with the results during the day. As the USB stick had no actual data on it we were unable to find the photos. John did exactly what he said he could do, ie save all my precious photos from my SD card and also keep me calm in the process before I had a melt down!!! John worked miracles to save our family memories and many key documents. Another firm charged me £130 for 30 minutes to tell me my hard drive and backup was useless. John then meticulously recovered everything from the corrupted backup. Good down to earth honest guy, thoroughly recommend.
John at JT Data Recovery is amazing. Honest, reasonably-priced -- and an absolute miracle-worker. After an accidental disaster destroyed my USB stick, he managed to recover my data against all odds.
