what can I say? Top notch, fast, reliable, well priced service. John did exactly what he said he could do, ie save all my precious photos from my SD card and also keep me calm in the process before I had a melt down!!! John worked miracles to save our family memories and many key documents. Another firm charged me £130 for 30 minutes to tell me my hard drive and backup was useless. John then meticulously recovered everything from the corrupted backup. Good down to earth honest guy, thoroughly recommend.
