I first gave a 3-star review because, while the team was on time, courteous, and careful during the carpet cleaning, the first visit seemed more like a basic steam cleaning and did not fully address several spots, traffic lanes, and heavier soil near the furniture. The living room carpet looked better, but the hallway and a few stained areas still needed extra carpet treatment.
