Not great. Cancelled first appointment as machine broken, rescheduled and couldn't find the property! when eventually did, tried up-charging a sofa clean from $80 to $240 or $390!! Not sure adding shampoo costs $160! anyway... Didn't flip the sofa cushions, so cleaned one side and looks no better than when we started. Wouldn't recommend.
J&T Carpet Cleaners did a great job cleaning my carpets. Ashton was very professional and used strong spot cleaner to take care of all the tough stains. The carpet cleaning machine worked well and left everything looking much fresher. Ashton made sure to check over every area to be sure the carpets were spotless before finishing up. ashton from J&T Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job with our carpet! with years of experience, he carefully checked the carpet in our acton loft and quickly figured out the best way to handle our cat urine issue. we have two cats that kept marking the same areas, but ashton went above and beyond by replacing some of the padding and lifting parts of the carpet to clean and sanitize underneath—something no other company had noticed before. when he finished, our carpet looked and smelled fresh, almost like new. every detail was ... read more
Carpet cleaning is definitely the best way to keep your home looking fresh, and after trying several options, I can honestly say this company is my favorite for both carpets and tile. We have over 1200 square feet of tile with white grout in our home, and it was always tough to keep clean. If we hadn’t found this company and their dedicated worker, Ashton, we probably would have given up on ever getting the grout to look right.
