J&T Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning. I called to set up an appointment, and Justin was polite, helpful, and professional. Jaime and Micah came out to clean some very dirty carpets, and they did outstanding work from start to finish. i couldn t be happier with the carpet cleaning service. thanks to Wyatt and his team, our office in Acton feels cleaner, more sanitary, and much fresher overall. The carpets had heavy foot traffic marks and spilled food stains, and they were able to lift them out and restore a much brighter appearance. Ashton and Jaime were fantastic. We moved into a short-term apartment and I had a strong allergy reaction from the previous tenant’s cats. Another crew had already cleaned, but the carpet and air ducts still seemed to hold dust, pet dander, and odor. Invited J&T Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpet in the basement after the repair. They reacted quickly and were very friendly when communicating. After the carpet dried, it turned out that in one corner of the room all the stains remained in place. In addition, the technician left his jacket and left the door from the basement to the street open. Jaime was really helpful and answered all my questions, even taking the time to explain how to measure each room for an accurate estimate. Scheduling was easy, and I got an appointment on the day I wanted. When the technician arrived, he was very friendly and did a walk-through to explain what needed to be done.
