We have used J&T Carpet Cleaners twice now, and both times the service was fantastic. We have two dogs, and one of them is still learning potty training. This is a well-organized local service. They called to remind us of our appointment and followed up with another call about thirty minutes before arriving. We have a complex home with multiple levels and some tricky spots to clean. Micah and Craig were friendly, very courteous, and worked efficiently. They estimated that the job would take an hour and a half to two hours; however, they finished in just over an hour, and our carpets look amazing. I recently had Ruben and Micah come to my home to clean the carpets, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Micah brought her special cleaning supplies and completely removed a blue fingernail polish stain that I had struggled with for over a year. I’m really excited about the fantastic job they did!
