craig and micah were right on time, friendly, and ready to go—the kind of service you hope for. they let me know when they were on their way and arrived as promised. i appreciated that they wore masks and took off their shoes before coming into my apartment in annandale. they worked efficiently and carefully checked my carpet for any issues. there was no pushy sales talk or pressure to make a quick decision. overall, i was very impressed with the carpet cleaning service. highly recommend j&t carpet cleaners!

I’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for a long time. I have a big area rug in my living room and carpets in the bedrooms. Over time, our pets have had accidents, but this team always gets everything clean and fresh. Today, they came out to my home in Annandale and took care of the carpets and rugs. Micah and Jeffery did a fantastic job on the whole house in just a few hours. The carpets look like new, and the price was just right. I won’t let anyone else clean my carpets!

I hired a carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets when I was moving out of my apartment in Annandale. Craig was not only professional, but also very kind and friendly. He was honest about the condition of my carpet, which was in great shape, and the cleaning was just part of the move-out checklist. He charged me a fair price based on the work needed.
