micah came to clean my carpets this morning and did an amazing job! my carpets really needed some help and i was worried they couldn’t be saved, but i was wrong. he was very detailed and made sure to prep and treat the carpets for the best cleaning results. on top of that, he is so friendly and polite with a great attitude and sense of humor. the prices at j&t carpet cleaners are more than reasonable too! i wish i had called sooner!

i am really impressed with j&t carpet cleaners. we have older carpet that’s been in the house since it was built. there were some tough pet stains, but tristan was able to remove them, which surprised me. i didn’t take any before pictures, but the carpet looks so much better now. not every single stain came out, but the improvement is huge. i would definitely recommend this company for their great work, results, and professional attitude. good value for the money!

craig and micah were right on time, friendly, and ready to go—the kind of service you hope for. they let me know when they were on their way and arrived as promised. i appreciated that they wore masks and took off their shoes before coming into my apartment in annandale. they worked efficiently and carefully checked my carpet for any issues. there was no pushy sales talk or pressure to make a quick decision. overall, i was very impressed with the carpet cleaning service. highly recommend j&t carpet cleaners!

I’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for a long time. I have a big area rug in my living room and carpets in the bedrooms. Over time, our pets have had accidents, but this team always gets everything clean and fresh. Today, they came out to my home in Annandale and took care of the carpets and rugs. Micah and Jeffery did a fantastic job on the whole house in just a few hours. The carpets look like new, and the price was just right. I won’t let anyone else clean my carpets!
