i had a wonderful experience with this carpet cleaning team! when they heard i was only around for a short time, they made sure to clean and finish a large, heavy area rug for my mom's house so i could get it set up before heading out. it was such a nice surprise when they called the next day to let me know it was already done, even though i told them it was fine to take their time and that someone else could pick it up later. the cleaning and finishing blended perfectly with the rest of the carpet! ruben was so helpful and ... read more

I had my living room, dining room, and family room carpets steam cleaned, and the team did an excellent job. The workers, including Tristan, were very polite, detail-oriented, and worked hard to make sure everything looked great. The price matched exactly what was quoted, with no surprises. I needed my carpets cleaned after moving into my new place in Annandale, and my schedule kept changing, but J&T Carpet Cleaners were very flexible and understanding. Tristan was the technician who helped me out, and he was both professional and friendly.
