I saw a lot of great reviews for this company. The person who came to clean our carpet seems like he was in a rush and not all too friendly. He charged us an arm and a leg for the basement and stairs. We selected shampoo cleaning and it took him 20 minutes. I feel like I overpaid for the service. I am not sure why I didn’t get the same service as others.
