Poor Customer Service. Scheduled an appointment online, confirmed and communicated drop off and pick up via text message. The day of the appointment they completely ghosted me, no call no show, never heard back from them. Spent the night before prepping the car and getting everything out just to be stood up with no communication.

I brought them a car that I recently purchased from an auto auction. The car has signs of kids leaving gun, candy and whatever else everywhere. They did a thorough cleaning and got it looking like it did probably when it first came off the assembly line. Thanks!

I recently had my car tinted by a guy named Frank, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Frank went above and beyond when it came to customer service. His attention to detail was unmatched—he treated the job as if he were working on his own vehicle. Not only did the tint job come out flawless, but Frank also followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied.

100% recommend using Mike and Anna for all your central Ohio detailing needs. I took them an odd job that probably hadn’t been detailed since it was sold new in 2006 but they hit it out of the park and made it look brand new. Everything looked awesome and they didn’t miss a thing. Thank you for such good service!
