I needed urgent help at short notice to deal with a problem with my brakes. Despite the weather being boiling hot, and it being late in the day I received the help I needed to get back home safely 300 miles away! The issue was quick to fix and didn't require any special parts, however, amazingly there was no charge. This level of customer service is a rare find these days, and I can't rate them highly enough.
Was on holiday in the area when part of my exhaust started falling off the car, but didn’t have time to book in for a full fix without a big change to plans… Chris was cheery and helpful on the phone, and when I showed up one of the guys saw me in a matter of minutes. Exhaust was made safe enough to make the journey home at no charge! Great place, good people
Having trouble with braking system, waited 6 weeks for a part which did not rectify problem. No paperwork given, warning lights all over dashboard which they couldn’t sort. Came away worse than when we took it and ended up going to a decent garage.
Not happy my car went in for back brake disks and pads also hand brake and check front pads, ended up with all doing including disks on front and calipers was not informed over calipers till paid, tried to ring lots of time over progress of work could not get threw, finally after two days got my car next day started working had warning lights flashing saying problem with brakes car back in garage again it turned out brakes had not been drained of air properly and was not working properly, was told they would be like sponge i... read more
