We are so grateful for the incredible service we received today! My daughter’s alternator went bad, and within just a couple of hours they were able to pick up the part, squeeze her into their busy schedule, and get the repair done so she could make it to class by 1pm. As parents living two hours away, it gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Had brought my vehicle here 4 separate times for the timing chain. Fixed it initially, problem persisted after about 1 month or so of use (give or take some weeks) so I took it back. They CHARGED me a diagnostic. Then told me it was fine. Took it back several months later and had to have the parts replaced again. They kept it 1 whole month. Shortly after it started grinding from the engine again. Took it back and they say it was likely due to not maintaining things such as oil. Absolutely horrid to deal with. Go literally anywhere else in Bg. This place has no clue what they are doing. I've taken my vehicle in 4 separate times in less than a years time for THE EXACT SAME ISSUE!!! Our timing chain was going out and keep in mind thats not a cheap fix. They charged us a diagnostic fee after we already had the work done for the same issue and said nothing was wrong. Took it back 2 other times to do warrenty work only after we stuck our foot down and said no, something is definitely wrong. On top of it all, they've had it for weeks at... read more
