JT auto has been a blessing. They are HONEST ! They are great mechanics and have more than fair prices . They have always been fast getting my car done and never lost contact or did more than was expected without calling . I can't say enough good things about them. I tell everyone I know to go there.
Took my daughter's car in to this place to get a diagnostic done onnthe transmission. He says i need to putchase a starter before he can do the diagnostic. We got the starter took it to him he said to put in the starter and for the diagnostic it would be 220 all together. We go in to get the car and he tells us he didnt do the diagnostic and that he only put in the starter. When we told him he told us he would do the starter and the diagnostic for 220 total he then says " yea well my work isnt free" So he charged us 220 to p... read more
