I called JT for my refrigerator which was no longer cooling. I was very apprehensive on calling a company to come out and work on an appliance in my home as I am typically the kind of person who does all of my own work. JT was not only prompt and followed up with me he was also very honest in his diagnosis of my refrigerator. Honest service! We had Mike come in to check one of our washers. He found the problem, did the diagnosis and told us why it was not worth the repairs - due to the high cost. He was honest and very helpful. We would highly recommend their services.
My dryer stopped working so I called a few places to get some quick estimates. JT was the only company that responded immediately and offered to come out the next day to take a look. He arrived on time and was extremely friendly and personable. Solved the issue within 30 minutes and now I have a working dryer. I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family that need appliance help.
