while the women who work here are lovely, i can’t recommend this place. i came in for my first time and I told them clearly more than once that due to my job i cannot have a frozen forehead or no movement of my eyebrows. I need natural movement. i came in for a lip flip and baby botox and they upsold me on more Botox than I wanted, and now my brows are frozen in a heavy, unnatural expression. I've been coming to this Medspa in South Pasadena for facials and chemical peels with aesthetician Mireille. I’ve done 2 out of my 3 VI Peels so far and also purchased facial packages so I can stay consistent with deep cleaning facials and extractions. Mireille educated me on skincare, and I'm loving all of her recommendations. I’m so happy to actually see the changes in my skin myself. My skin texture and pigmentation has improved so much.
