Julie gave me the most wonderful haircut yesterday! I'm getting tons of compliments. I usually watch the hairdresser but I felt so comfortable as we chatted that I just enjoyed the experience. I found my girl!!!

I tried to schedule for a haircut and highlights 3 separate times. I always scheduled a few weeks ahead of time due to my own schedule. Then after waiting weeks for the appointment, 2 days before it would get canceled because there wasn't enough time to do both. Even when I scheduled at 9 am. Happened 3 times in a row before I gave up. Poor customer service
