I woke at 11:30 at night to realize I had no heat in my home! I called J.S.W. Electricians. They picked up and said they were be here in under 30 mins! They were! Within minutes Johnny the owner knew exactly what the problem was and how long it would take to get heat back on up and running! This man in incredible! Scammed me out of money almost $500 & didn’t even send it too Ohio Edison like what I paid him for , & can’t even spell. Do not go to him he’s weird he’s not even a real electrician and sent me someone else’s paperwork and scribbled out their name and put his

Needed someone called he gave us a time and even showed up early!! Figured the problem out and got us fixed and back up and running!! John is a Nice guy!!! Thankful that we found him and will definitely be keeping his info for anything else we need!!! If you need anything call him!!! He gets in there and gets it done!!!

I highly recommend this business! John was able to come fix our thermostat (my old thermostat was shot and we had no heat) right away. He was prompt, professional, very customer oriented. He is returning tomorrow to assess all the outlets in the house. So happy with their fast and efficient response!
