He was very professional and did the job right. I called at midnight on Saturday night and he was here by 9am on Sunday morning. He doesn't charge overtime on weekends or holidays. I will be using him again.
I highly recommend this business! John was able to come fix our thermostat (my old thermostat was shot and we had no heat) right away. He was prompt, professional, very customer oriented. He is returning tomorrow to assess all the outlets in the house. So happy with their fast and efficient response!
John is a true professional! He replaced my breaker box and all of my electrical outlet boxes. He checked and triple-checked his work. He has residential, commercial, and pole work degrees. Very courteous and likeable! If you need an electrician don't call anyone else! Call John. I mean it!
I woke at 11:30 at night to realize I had no heat in my home! I called J.S.W. Electricians. They picked up and said they were be here in under 30 mins! They were! Within minutes Johnny the owner knew exactly what the problem was and how long it would take to get heat back on up and running! This man in incredible! 4 days before Christmas half of our electric went out. We called quite a few in Crawford County wh we re we live. Nobody was answering so, we tried this company out of Marion and hired him to come immediately. When we hung up from him we noticed the AEP truck out infront of our house. It was a broken wire which was AEP'S problem. We called him back and he was on hus way. When he arrived we gave him some money for his trouble. I definitely believe he is a very good electrician.
