Was promised a quote by someone who didnt know what they were talking about. Tried to impress and showed himself up. Sounded like he was new and talking in front of his bosses. Didnt seem to know about Dodge part numbers format. Mumbled something disapproving about microflashing, burnt BCMs, grey imports and "have we seen the car". What arrogance, talked to me like as if I was idiot. Didnt get the email quote. Crickey, and i supposed to trust my car with them?
The guys here really know their stuff, the helped me identify the part I needed and sorted a repair asap. Great service & communication.

Had a warning light come up on my car, a long way from home. I drove past JSW Service centre and called in for advice. They couldn't have been more helpful, and solved the problem really quickly for me even though I had just dropped in. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
Great service from the team and especially John who even had the car washed on pick up which he didn't have to do. I had a problem with my exhaust and they kindly replaced it the same day. I was kept aware of the options available to me before this and cost will certainly be back again for a full service and MoT later this year. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kings lynn area.
