Blue Jay Irrigation is an excellent company. I really appreciate their scheduling system and the notifications they send telling you that your service tech is on the way, including a pic of the tech. I find their pricing to be very reasonable, and they are usually able to fix any issues while on site, eliminating the need of a second visit. The employees are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Been a customer since BlueJay purchased Greenscapes back in 2021(?) and generally things have been good - until now. We have our annual maintenance with them and have used them a couple of times for new irrigation needs and changes to our system. They have been responsive and reasonable. Recently however, in having our mid season review done and discussing an area of our lawn that is not doing well, Bluejay informed us our system has not been installed correctly. I really appreciate the excellent service and professionalism of the entire team. Joe and his crews have great knowledge of irrigation products and have a very smart approach to design. Joe's approach to where he balances coverage while ensuring that he minimizing waste/runoff is terrific. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbours for years.
