I worked with Joe, he was great. He responded quickly when I initially reached out and was able to schedule me within a reasonable time frame. Joe diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any issues. He cleaned up everything as well when he was done. I highly recommend JSP.

This contractor comes to your property to give quote, price to fix something and then he turns around to call the building department and health department if he doesn’t get the job. He is a bully and an opportunist who will black mail you if you don’t pay his very expensive quotes. Had an issue got a quote from him, hired another professional who took care of it. ⚠️ Beware of JSP Sewer and Drain / Joe When he realized he wasn’t going to be hired because his prices were way too high, he tried to extort money through intimidation. He even filed a complaint with a government agency out of spite, and then began harassing tenants on the property to the point where the police had to be called to trespass him. Joe is the greatest I had a problem with my septic pump tank and the pump wizard which I call him came over right away and fixed it and put myind at ease . If I could give 10 stars I would give 100 . Anyone with a septic problem please call JSP sewer & drain .

5 Stars to Joe!! These days it isn't easy to find someone who truly wants to take care of the customer. After researching companies in the area and reading the reviews, I went with Joe and very happy I did! Joe was very responsive, honest, did quality work and very reasonable in his rates. He took care of the plumbing issues at Moms house and she is very happy with him.... and she is very picky. You know you have a keeper when Mom's happy! I fully recommend Joe !! Thanks Joe for taking care of your customers!
