Joe's the best! He cleared out a drain waste line with 30 years + of hardened grease/soap scum which involved camera inspection, power auger, sewer jetting, locating the run of the pipe underground, digging out and repairing pipe, etc. All with great communication about what he was finding and reasonable rates. All around a first class job!!
Joe came to the rescue after my fiancé and I had already spent over $600 to a big plumbing company who failed to address our basement flooding issue. Not only did he quickly diagnose the entirety of the problem but he also worked collaboratively with us throughout the process as the issues revealed themselves, explaining the diagnostics, the possible fixes, and their pros and cons. We had major problems with our septic system at our house in Jefferson Valley. We had a septic backup and several old waste pipes were leaking. Joe replaced all our waste pipes with new PVC. He also discovered that our septic sump pump was broken. He replaced it with a quality pump that will last a long time. Joe’s service and dedication is outstanding.
