Called JSP because of a burning smell on a system they installed in a house we purchased. I was advised to try changing the filter so I did. A week later the furnace quits completely. Its a Monday at 8:30pm and its -15 to -17 out with no heat so I called JSP. No answer, two rings then sent to voicemail. I left a message saying it was a relatively urgent no-heat issue.
