After a couple emails asking JSO to consider a return of a product in which all I did was point out that when purchasing a product the web site says stock items can be returned with a restocking fee but nothing ever indicated to me my purchase was a custom order. I was told by Steve Kitts that he would never consider my return request so I published a review in Birds Eye with documentation of our emails and with a one star review based on the disdainful treatment of my request (check the birdseye reviews! JSO has very nice products but Steve Kitts was very disdainful to me with his comments about a potentially returning an item and for that reason I would not recommend this company! A summary of our emails as he would not return my calls! Oct 23rd - Steve, I received the offer just fine but my granddaughter decides not to edge her new interior door so hopefully I can return the product unused.
