Wanted to use them VIA Lowes for a whole home standby generator system. The one criteria I implicitly listed was please call after 6. The rep that called was unapologetic and snarky "well we don't work then" even sounded like he laughed a little when I said I'd find someone that respected my time and requests. Look around for someone more professional, will also be reporting to Lowe's
I had issues with my electrical panel and no power to one part of my house for couple of things. JSN Services arrived on agreed time and date and fixed all the issues. Happy with their service and would certainly recommend them.
They came and installed a bathroom fan. Went above and beyond, made sure everything was done right. Will definitely contact them again for more work!
