I highly recommend Jsmm.inc for any roofing work. From start to finish, Jonathan was always available by phone and very responsive. His team was professional, efficient, and reliable. He made sure to repair the damage to my roof as quickly as possible, well before the winter season began. I am very pleased with their service and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs and leaking problems.

I used JSMM to fix the damage after a tree fell on my house. John's crew did a great job and John went above and beyond to make everything right. I actually think it's better than it was. Communication was great too.

We had a pipe burst in the unit above our salon and it flooded the entire salon floor and also went into the basement. There was a lot of damage. Jonathan and his team came in to assess the damage and worked with our insurance to make sure everything was able to be fixed. Since we are a business we had a tight timeline for renovations. Project manager - Steve and Oscar got there crew in and out quickly and left the entire salon spotless. Communication was great and I would not hesitate to suggest to anyone.

I can recommend JSMM as a company that will be right there with you every step of the way when faced with rebuilding your home. Jonathan was supportive, responsive and available at all times. From handling the insurance company, attention to detail, sensitivity in arranging a work schedule, to bringing in a professional and considerate workforce to restore my house. A northern Illinois spring presented difficulty but Jonathan and his team were always flexible and prepared. I made the best decision choosing this team.
