Care this shipper will refuse to pay you for moving their freight!!! We have sent them tracking, pictures of the freight, BOL, POD and they are refusing to communicate. Contacted Nathan Hermanson ( Project Management) and Kevin Ewalt (Owner) on multiple occasions and they stopped responding.
JSM built a custom maple dresser for my son’s room and, from start to finish, I couldn’t be more pleased with their service or the beautiful finished product. Steve and the team were prompt, courteous and so easy to work with. The finished piece reflects all of my design choices and stain preferences, but truly is more beautiful than I ever anticipated. My husband is already working with JSM on a work bench for the garage.
