I wanted a boutique experience and that is what was delivered! From day 1, Justin and all of his crew were there for me. Mike was on the job and answered all my questions (maybe too many!). We had issues with some materials, but that were handled professionally. A full scale bathroom Reno is messy, but the crew cleaned up daily, and met my concerns. I would wholeheartedly recommend JSM. they really care about you and your outcomes. .

On December 31, 2025, we heard a crash in the extension bedroom. Wedged between the doorframe and the closet was a large picture frame: it had fallen off the wall and glass had shattered everywhere.
