I attended the African Diaspora Festival on June 28th and specifically made a note to come back and write this review because of how disappointing my experience was. I stopped at this vendor to order an oxtail platter. I was told the platter was $30 and came with rice. They were out of vegetables, so I was offered plantains instead. I really want to like this place but they are so unprofessional it’s can’t be ignore. Why do you have a website up if you are not using it or it’s not working. I placed my order online at 6 and they took my money right away with confirmation that it went through. From 6:15 till I got there(7) they did not answer. I got there, asked for my food and they said they are closed. They literally argued with me as if it’s my fault that I don’t know that they don’t use the website. So why is it up and working? I would give them a 0 star if I could. They gave you alot of food but staff is not welcoming. They aren’t professional at alllllll. The website doesn’t work but they won’t take it down but swill take your money! Also your food is never ready. The staff don’t acknowledge you until you acknowledge them.

They need to take themselves off the delivery app and stop scamming people. If you don’t have the resources to support food delivery app then dont take money from customer. They make me refund my order and I got charge because they didn’t have something, theres no customer service or accommodation in play. How can you run a business like that.
