I placed an order 1hour before I arrived to make sure it would be ready before I arrived. Only to get there and my order was never put in I had to wait and extra 45 minutes for it to be ready, the service is terrible and they act like they don't care. Mind you I was traveling from out of state, if I had known another restaurant I would have gone there immediately.

Dear musu and uncle Ben, Put LESS FISH and put MORE cow skin, beef , goat , smoked turkey in the potato greens… TOO MANY BONES FROM FISH HARD TO ENJOY THE MEAL, BONES ALMOST STUCK me in the throat. Also the bone FRAGMENTS from chopping the chicken. My last bowl of potato greens purchased on 03/18/26 had almost all mackerel with the bones. I am offering this tip to ensure customer satisfaction and safety . I love the food and i am a recurring customer.

I ordered vegetable potato greens but was told they were out, so I agreed to substitute collard greens. I specifically asked for no meat because I am pescatarian, and the person on the phone confirmed the greens would be made without meat. When the order arrived, the collard greens clearly had meat in them. I called back to request a refund for that item since I cannot eat it, and the man I spoke with was extremely rude and told me there was nothing he could do because the food had already left the store.
