My Windows laptop had been experiencing update problems and finally stopped working. I spoke with a number of potential service providers who did not appear to understand the issue and who wanted to charge me a large sum of money just to look at the machine. JSL assured me over the phone that they knew of the issue and could fix it. I dropped my laptop off in the store and 24 hours later it was back on my desk working better than ever. The gent behind the counter went above and beyond to help get me the best value for money upon needing repairs for my old phone. Told me I was better off upgrading, which for a little more than I had anticipated on spending. Am much happier and better off. Not to mention, he even stayed back after hours helping to get all my data transferred over. Will continue going back! Ta mate
