I called JSL in November to look at my furnace that was broken. They showed up the same day and told me they would order a part that would take about a week or so to arrive. Over the following month I followed up several times and they ended up ghosting me. In April they sent me an invoice for $800 without ever showing up again. Would not recommend.
0 stars. JSL replaced my electric hot water tank with a propane hot water on demand unit last fall. Over the winter, my hot water has cut out 10 times (so far) due to the exhaust vent freezing up and they have not made any lasting fix to it happening.
Just had a full boiler/burner replacement done by JSL. Although there were a couple of hiccups that delayed the completion, they went out of their way to get everything sorted out in the end and kept costs down as much as possible.
