Jim came out to perform a CCTV survey of my domestic drains. He explained every step and talked me through every stage of what we saw on screen. The definition from the camera was clear as a bell and I was left reassured that all is well with no further action required. His knowledge, advice and tips were worth the fee alone. I will be back soon to use their services for some maintenance plumbing jobs I need attended to in the near future. I highly recommend JSL to anyone else with plumbing and/or drainage issues.
Great experience with them, turned up on time, friendly knowledgeable and sorted out the broken flush mechanism on the toilet. Explained the issue as well. Would definitely call then again for any future plumbing issues.
Would 100% recommend JSL Plumbing. The guys came out as scheduled, had a look at the job and gave me a quote right away. The job was to unblock some downpipes front and rear of the house and ensure water was running freely by accessing the inspection hatch to confirm. Jim and Darren were a pleasure to deal with and would happily use JSL Plumbing again.
Excellent service from JSL. Lily came out and identified the issue, returning a few days later once we’d received the part she sent us a link for and fixed the problem. On both visits she called to keep us up to speed with her likely arrival time. Michael in the office organised both visits very promptly. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend JSL.
This is the 3rd time we have used JSL. Different issues each time. Each time they have sent the correct person for the issue. From speaking to Michael in the office, I had a plumber at door very quickly. Lily, Jim and Natalie were all excellent and fixed the issues in a reasonable amount of time. Plumbers are expensive, JSL, charged a fair price in exchange for a very friendly and professional service. Will definitely use them again, although not too soon hopefully. I thoroughly recommend them.
