Great service from start to finish! Had issues with my old AC, and the JSK team was able to quickly come and diagnose the problem and arrange for the installation of a new AC promptly.

The customer service agent I spoke with on the phone was very helpful in dealing with my condensate pump water leak while I waited for the technician to arrive. He was knowledgeable, caring, and provided smart advice on how to minimize damage and manage the delay in getting parts and service. I am very grateful for his support and professionalism.
