I recently had some work done that was not to my satisfaction. The owner of the store called me himself and is making the situation right. I have nothing but respect for a business that stands by their work and are willing to work with a customer to make them satisfied. That is a value many companies do not have anymore. Thank you guys again for helping me.
Had my vehicle undercoated and rustproofed in October of this past year, was under it doing brakes and maintenance and the undercoat looks like it was applied over dirt, is missing in many places, and was poorly applied. Paid $650 for this, usually take my cars to Lafayette's Ziebart but this was closer. Terrible quality work. Don't bother doing a job if you can't do it correctly. What a scam.
