I agree with the previous reviewer - they say they will call when your repair/service is done but they NEVER do. They lose chainsaw chains that have supposedly been sharpened because they don’t make any record that you’ve dropped them off and if they do eventually find them they’re usually still blunt. I dropped my brush cutter off to be repaired and serviced, but they forgot to do the service because again, they didn’t make any notes.
