My AC unit was messing up and not blowing cold air. I called at 7am and they were at my house by 9:30 or so. Had the problem fixed within minutes. The cost of labor and parts were well priced. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for responding so quickly and resolving the issue with ease!

I called J. Shaw Heating and Cooling for the very first after this major winter storm we just had in Kansas City. Our tenant's furnace was short cycling. My husband is an HVAC guy himself but he was stuck at a meeting. We wanted our tenants taken care of ASAP. J. Shaw took care of them and got the furnace going again for a very reasonable price. Our furnace went out. We called a few other places and they weren’t able to come until the next day. I was referred to J. Shaw by a friend. They were able to call within an hour later after I called them. Jeff fixed the issue quickly and was very kind. I’m very grateful for there help during these very chilly temperatures. We will be using them again!
They fixed our mini split that was having issues with heating and cooling over the summer with ease and it’s been running great ever since. We then called them out again recently because we needed to relocate our outdoor hvac unit during our remodel. The guys that came out were friendly and worked very hard to get us exactly the set up we were needing. Everything was done right and for a fair price.
