I’ve had nothing but excellent service and communication with J.Shaw Heating and Cooling! We have had them out for several repairs over the years and they have always been prompt, fair and very knowledgeable. I also love that they are local and give back to the community!

Our furnace made a crazy weird noise and Jeff came out same day and diagnosed it. We came out lucky with a minor repair but it was good to have him come out as quick as he did as it was 4 degrees the night before and we have a family needing heat. I highly recommend this company!!

My son just bought his first house. He came home late on a Friday night, and his furnace was not working, with negative degree wind chills, and snow coming down. I called 3 companies that said they were 24/7, and was told they would contact him sometime on Saturday. I got ahold of J. Shaw, and you were on your way with in a few minutes. Got it fixed quick, and at great price. Nice to know when you advertise 24/7, you mean it!! We highly recommend you. Thank you so much!
