We called J Shaw Heating and Cooling when our AC was not working properly. I couldn’t recommend them more. Jeffery fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes and didn’t try to upsell anything on our unit. He explained everything and made the easy fix. We were charged less than what the bigger companies charge for a service call just to look at it. If we have anymore issues with our AC or Furnace we will be using them from now on. Called Jeff and his team on a Saturday morning as our AC wasn’t working properly. Within 2 hours they had arrived and got us up and running again. He took the time to discuss what the issue was and answered any questions I had. He was polite and very professional. 10/10 recommended.

I reached out to J Shaw Heating & Cooling after receiving high quotes from other companies and was a little hesitant to switch because you never know what you’ll get. I was pleasantly surprised! They are transparent on pricing. Their install work was very clean and professional, and any time I’ve needed service on my older units they’ve managed to get me scheduled the same day. Reliable, fair, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Came out and got my air conditioner back running in the same day it went down. Was very communicative with when the techs would be there. And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
