I just had two mini-split units installed in a couple upstairs bedrooms at the old farmhouse. I got several bids after explaining in detail what I needed. Jeff at J. Shaw was the only one that really listened to what I needed and didn't give me a bid on just what he wanted to sell me. He gave me a bid at half the price of the others. The installation J. It’s Sunday and Fathers day. Why did our A/C stop cooling? Ugh! Thanks to J Shaw heating and cooling he made his why to our house, and yay! It’s now fixed! And at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend J Shaw! Quick, friendly and gave up his day to help this old couple out! Thanks J Shaw!

J. Shaw heating and cooling is by far one of the best HVAC teams in the area. Recently our hot water heater went out. We called J. Shaw and they sent someone out to swap them out the same day. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job switching the old with the new. They were very fairly priced and trustworthy! Very pleased with the whole experience! Will definitely use them again if needed and will recommend to anyone

My AC unit was messing up and not blowing cold air. I called at 7am and they were at my house by 9:30 or so. Had the problem fixed within minutes. The cost of labor and parts were well priced. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for responding so quickly and resolving the issue with ease!
