I ordered a 19.2 Judah kit the package arrived empty. I emailed the company and got a response I sent pictures as well as a video of the package being delivered after that I got no response whatsoever. In the video you can see there’s no weight in it at all. The envelope was ripped on the side I’ve been calling for the last week trying to speak to someone and get no answer. At this point ima call my bank and dispute the charge and file a complaint with the better business bureau
Ordered a complete slide and it was sent to me missing the rear slide parts (Firing pin, spring, etc). This was supposed to be a birthday present for my Fiancé in 5 days. I have sent emails and called for three days straight leaving VMs. They can take my money and ship me incomplete product in 1 day but they can't answer the damn phone when there's a problem. I have spent thousands with JSD and never had this experience before. What happened JV?
I purchased a Judah complete kit for the PY2A. I ordered it on a Saturday, and it arrived on Wednesday. The rear sight was not fully installed, but it was very easy to tap it into place. All the items needed for assembly were included in the kit. Everything fits snugly and nicely, except for the front rail, which I plan to add some epoxy to in order to prevent it from wiggling. I haven't tested the build yet, but I will soon. Overall, I had a 5-star experience. Thank you for providing such great services!

Ordered while on vacation amd my package was delivered to my neighbors door and not mine and my package was stolen and they didn't offer to send a replacement until after I file to dispute the charge and now they told me they shipped and replacement on April 5 but I have received neither a package nor any shipping updates of any kind. Now no response to any emails and I've asked for any corporate office details twice and no response. Would not recommend ordering from this place and now I'm out of $241
