JSB delivered as advertised. They told me 4 to 5 days for installation (Kitchen cabinet refacing job) and they did it in 4.25. Their installers, Robbie and Daniel were prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. There was a minor glitch (they were given the wrong hardware) and it was handled quickly with no fuss (that was the .25 day at the end - they had to come back with the right hardware the next day. My husband & I went to visit the show room {the 16th, 2023} & got a warm welcome by the secretary with fresh cookies. My husband said oh thanks, I told her I was diabetic, the lady replied "Oh my God I would kill myself if I were you" ~ I was speechless & still am. What a blow, I called a man yesterday & told him he said he was sorry, I said it's not your fault. Were going back to pick out more items next week. We contracted with JSB for a major bathroom remodel. The entire process was awful. This company has horrible communication and customer service. I would not recommend them. When we first met with the salesman, Dan, in our home, we were told one estimated price. We made our timeline clear and explained the job needed to be completed by a specific date. JSB gave me a estimate of $8000.00 to remove and replace my bathtub and surround not the entire bathroom . That seems to me that they either don’t want to do my job or they triple the price because it’s a rental property. I ended up having the job completed for a little over $1400.00 it now looks great . Thanks JSB for showing me that your company is out to hose people on getting their home project completed.
