Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!! I bought a mattress from this company a while ago, which is still under warranty and has developed a fault. According to the manufacturer, I needed to contact the seller to handle the claim — their responsibility is to pass my communication to the manufacturer. I found JSB Furniture whilst looking for a mattress. Their prices were a far cheaper than any other retailer locally. Although there was a wait for delivery, this was made perfectly clear from the outset. Delivery was arranged by them on a date suitable for ourselves, and sooner than expected. Excellent communication from JSB, via email and phone. Delivery was traceable on the delivery map, updated frequently.
