One star for the phone call. I called about replacing the drain pump on a Whirlpool-built top-load washer. I had already done the diagnostic work myself — I gave him the model number and the exact part number for the pump. All I wanted was a ballpark on parts and labor. He would not give me one. He'd quote me a service call fee, but nothing beyond that. That's not a useful answer. I can tell you from my past experiences that JSB Appliance Repair was the best service I have ever had. I have had other technicians come in the past and they did an okay job but we're way over price. Then I had technicians that came back four times and still could not do the job right and yet I still had to pay them for a job they could not do . Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. He came the same day to fix my dryer and identified the problem within 5 minutes. Had the parts. Very professional and did more than I expected. Cleaned the whole dryer and fixed an additional issue that he found. I would definitely call again in a minute. Respectable, clean and honest, good price, which is hard to find these days! Thank you!
