Sasha took care of an emergency refrigerator repair. He answered his phone at night, came over the house the next day. He quickly identified that I had a burned out defrost heater and was able to get the part and install it same day for a fair price. Highly recommend!
I can tell you from my past experiences that JSB Appliance Repair was the best service I have ever had. I have had other technicians come in the past and they did an okay job but we're way over price. Then I had technicians that came back four times and still could not do the job right and yet I still had to pay them for a job they could not do . The interior lights went out in my JennAir Refrigerator/Freezer (from power outage). Called JSB Appliance Repair based on the positive reviews I saw on Google. Sasha came out on a Friday, did some testing to confirm the issue wasn't the main electrical board, and then found a replacement light kit to replace all the lights.
