Sasha is fantastic. Called up and had an appointment scheduled for 2 hours later...and an hour after that my dryer was fixed for a very reasonable fee. Beyond being knowledgeable, Sasha was extremely professional, and I felt like he really knew what he was doing which gave me peace of mind. He also took the time to explain all three possible things that could have been wrong with my dryer, and the approximate cost for each. Highly recommend.
JSB Appliance Repair saved the day! My refrigerator stopped working on January 1st, and I was worried about losing all my food. My refrigerator broke and I didn't know if it could be repaired. I called Sasha at JSB Repair Service and he came by within 2 hours of my call. Sasha was very polite and friendly and extremely knowledgable. He charges a nominal service fee for a repair quote that is deducted from the actual cost of the repair. When he looked at the refrigerator he told us we may need a new compressor, which he said, was probably too expensive to replace, but it was possible it just needed a new "compressor booster" part. Sasha from JSB has saved me repeatedly over the years. He quickly responds to online service requests, never had to wait more than a day or so for him to come out, and he can root out the problem in no time. I've never had to call him back to repair anything he's touched. Costs are more than reasonable for this level of expertise and professionalism. Absolutely recommend.
Sasha is a professional. He is punctual and does the job well and quickly. Additionally, he keeps the client updated, explains what is wrong and how it will be fixed. The costs are also reasonable.
