Carlos did a superior job on my floors. His price was very reasonable, he was very professional and he did the job in two days. Sanding, staining and two layers of polycoating. I'm more than pleased with his work. I will refer him to anyone who needs their floors refinished.

JS Wood flooring did work at a property I purchased and rehabbed. I could not have been happier with the way the floors turned out. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to salvage them because of the terrible shape they were in. However, once JS Wood Flooring was done, they look brand new. I just purchased another property and they are currently working on those floors as well. I’m excited to see how well those turn out. I will post pictures of that property once it’s complete. I highly recommend JS Wood Flooring!
