For one of the windows, they provided a shaded that is a feet less than the ground and they said they will replace with the corrrect one. I called and emailed many times but they completely ignored me. It's been months and I never heard from them.
Helped me with a project and turn around was very quick. The PM Cade was friendly and was in an out within a day. Highly recommend
