Yes I would like to let anyone interested in JS West service's, do not do it. We have had service with them since March 1, 2014 and it has been nothing but rude office people, them sending false billing information, over charging for propane gas, and hidden charges. I will be contacting another propane company and having them (JS West) to come and pull there tank I haven't seen such bad service with a company before.

I do not know about in Modesto, but up here in the foothills, the management of this company is just bad, from just about anyway you look at it. I would highly recommend that you pass on this company.

Where is the " - "sign??? Horrible company. I ordered propane using their online ordering system. Sent the money to them and 4 weeks later I had to call them since I never got the delivery. They apologized and covered the charge for restarting my burner. But... and there is a but... a year later, I did the same mistake of ordering online. They called me to schedule a delivery and asked me to call them back to confirm.
