I have been using them for a couple years for maintenance. The technicians are always friendly, informative, and do quality work. Edit: It is not often that I get a chance to give a review when things don't go according to plan. We had an issue present itself after my maintenance today. The technician, Carlos, returned within about an hour of my call (after hours) and stayed late to ensure that my family was comfortable while his was likely waiting at home for him. He was very nice and efficient
Carlos fixed my current a/c issue and did routine maintenance on another unit. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend JS Watson and will use them in the future.
