Marty and his team are my go to shop for any service I need done on my VW. They are knowledgable, affordable, friendly and as passionate about my vehicle as I am! I highly recommend their shop to anyone who cares about their car and needs a good mechanic!

Honest, Reasonably Priced, Fast, Quality Service!!! Go HERE – I have a new VW Jetta Sportwagen that I just drove across country. Once we reached Reno, where we moved to this past June, my check engine light came on. If you are a proud VW owner, Then J's VW's is the place to take your prize possession, call this shop... The mechanics can work on most every type vehicels too!Quality Service, Quality Mechanics, Quality parts, Quality Vehicels... This is " The best damn VW shop! PERIOD!"

Excellent Repair Shop!!!!! – I personally do own a vw, I am making this comment from previous visits to J's. The shop is a small business, they have quality repairmen as well as the rest of the staff. I have had several repairs made in a timely manner. I myself, almost got into with the office gal as she was fighting me on the repair I was asking for. Take your VW to J's – I personally have also been happy with them. The owner & his girlfriend have a good thing going! The technicians are knowledgeable! They let me watch as they inspected my car, he showed me some of the diagnostic tools. I was pretty impressed. They are a small mom & pop shop. I have been aroud Reno and other shops, this ones for me! Good hourly rate, all around good. I have recommended them before & will again!

Please Stay Away – I took a perfectly good VW Beetle in to J's VW Vans because it would not go over 40 miles per hour. What I ended up with you can see in my profile picture. A burned up TOTALED Beetle that according to the owner, set ITSELF on fire. Didn't say sorry, what can I do to help you, nothing but vile and threats came out of their mouths. Horrible Customer Service! Stay Away! – They have made it clear they should not be used for any vehicle repair by attempting to charge fees where they should not and for faulty work. I unfortunately let them work on my car a few times, then the entire engine needed to be replaced. Coincidence? I think not. Even after this, they have held onto my car using threat tactics to pay for storage! Save yourselves time and money and stay away!
