Rented a trailer from them today to haul a side by side to the shop and when we arrived an hour away at the shop we realized it only had 3 tires so we called and they informed us they forgot someone had a blowout on it so we drove an hour back after dropping off the side by side to return the trailer because we felt unsafe hauling our stuff on it and they told us no refunds. Helpful with questions when asked until someone else walks in the door and he has to go help a customer. What was I chopped liver, I was a customer too!!! The man who returned my initial call said he knew the area and his hourly charge started when he left the shop until he returned. He also said the stump removal I needed done should be pretty easy due to the sandy soil in the area. He didn't come do the job, another guy did. I have used J's equipment rental now 4 or 5 times. I love working with him. He has been very flexible with me. They deliver equipment locally which has been a big time saver. J is knowledgeable and is very friendly. If you have a project locally, I highly recommend using them saves you time and gas.
