Thank you for your recent, detailed post about this business. It seems it will save us some money because we will not use them. It is important we leave honest and detailed reviews like these so that we protect each other from sketchy practices and hold them accountable!! We are very sorry this happened to you, but we hope you find some peace knowing we were going to spend thousands of dollars with J's U Save and now because of your posts and others like it, we ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER THEM.

We purchased a house and part of the contract was the sellers were to have to septic pumped and certified before closing. They provided us a receipt from this company. When we room possession of the house we checked the tanks and they were full. We had to call another company to come pump and certify the septic it was full of trash and “items” that had been flushed. Just bought a house and required the previous home owners to have the septic pumped and certified. They used this company. After moving in I opened the tanks to find them completely full and close to backing up into the house. I have attempted to contact them 3 times with no answer. Had to hire a new company and pay them to pump both tanks. Not only we’re they full of plastic, wet wipes, and rubbers… but there were broken parts that needed to be fixed.
