I want to start by saying that due to horrible experiences in the past, I have been extremely wary of any transport company. I had worked with Montway and Nexus and quite literally waited weeks for either company to get a competitive rate out so that my vehicles would get shipped. This PLUS the horrible customer service I dealt with from both of those companies. Would never use this company again. While they are very friendly when they are selling you, talk about the quality of their work and how good their partners are, the experience has been horrible especially if you care about your vehicle. They will tell you "our partners do place your car in secured lots" which is a joke. If you care about your car, care about keeping it clean beyond "road dirt" find someone else.
