Horrendous Dangerous drivers.
Everything about shipping our vehicle was extremely easy. I was able to get a quote without providing my information, the quote I received was the lowest of all the companies I checked. Scheduling was easy, once the job was dispatched it was easy to communicate with the driver, he was great about communication and kept us posted consistently about pickup, progress and estimated delivery (1 day out, 1 hour out, 20 minutes out), sent us a clear text about where to meet, our car arrived quickly, everything was stress-free. Quoted 1 price, took deposit then a day later said it was going to be more. If you qoute and take a deposit you honor what you quoted. Not my fault, not my problem! Canceled deal!!!
Everything went just as described. The vehicle was pick up at the scheduled time and dropped off at the scheduled time. Communication was good and we will use J&S again if needed.
