Don’t waste your time and money on this company. My estimated delivery date came and went with no communication from J&S. I’ve tried reaching out to the local dispatcher and customer service on the status of my vehicle transport. No one seems to have a clue on where my vehicle is.
Shipped a car cross country with these guys and they absolutely crushed it. Whenever I reached out they were quick to answer. Their driver Geno was the man!
Outstanding service and delivery, Julie is the best!
My driver, Curt, was the best! He picked up my vehicle and within 2 days I had my new Jeep! He stayed in contact with his progress, sent pictures and was a very nice guy. Highly recommend!
Vehicle transportation can be tricky and it seems as if there is a lot of scams out there. Thankfully my car dealership suggested J&S Transportation. They were FANTASTIC to work with and I would highly suggest them and ask for Julie! Thanks again Julie and J&S!
