I’m doing 3 star only because it’s in the middle. J & S rebuilt our transmission that was messed up with 1st gear. We got it back and 1st gear runs great but reverse barely worked. We have been calling them since March(I know due to covid it puts things in a bind) but the company will not get back with us to figure out how to fix this. We have a 1 year warranty and now it’s halfway through it. My husband needs his truck to get to work and now I am without a vehicle since his transmission isn’t working.
