I will never go back to this place, I had a flat tire on my personal car and luckily was able to make it to their place , and I ask the people that works there to help me out by patching my tire and they refused without hesitation, I would never leave a customer behind if I’m able to help I will , a guy named Juan , rude and disrespectful although a younger guy was nice enough to offer me air for my bad tire for me to be able to make it to another tire place . Ran over another nail/screw, because that seems to be my specialty. Stopped by Pep Boys on my way home from work and they assured me it couldn't be repaired and I would need to buy a whole new tire. Decided to get a second opinion at J's on kirkwood and boy am I glad I did. Got there at 5:50pm on a Wednesday when they close at 6 and they assured me that they can absolutely patch it, no problem. The staff here were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I was offered tires that were almost 10 years old. Even though they had tread, tires that old can be unsafe due to age-related rubber degradation. I decided not to purchase them because most manufacturers recommend replacing tires every 6–10 years, regardless of use. Just a heads-up to anyone shopping here—check the DOT date before buying.
