My experience with JS therapy group has been positive. Super responsive and understanding staff.
Staff and therapists are warm, friendly and empathetic.
My therapist is amazing but this place practices some shady billing practices and when you try to call to speak with someone you can never get through, whether it’s the secretary or the “amazing” financial director. My husband was charged 4 different amounts and billed twice for the same session and both amounts were different. Not only that but his invoice showed something completely different than what they took from his bank account
