Joli is awesome! She's been doing perm & cuts for me since 1997. She's the ONLY person I trust to do my perm and they come out fantastic. She's extremely knowledgeable and friendly, very customer focused, and will listen to you. Highly recommended.
Joli is the best I get my hair highlighted and this girl knows hair my hair always looks amazing when I leave I drive a whole hour just to get to her thats how great she is her prices are decent and the conversation is real never fake which is a plus in my book
