This company did an excellent job on my carpets. They arrived promptly; were courteous and professional. They scheduled at my conceniece. I felt very comfortable with this company and will call them again for additional services. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable.
We had wonderful service! It was easy to schedule and we added additional tile cleaning to our carpet cleaning- both turned out great!
I didn’t think that my old carpets could ever look clean again. When I removed a treadmill from my room it was glaringly obvious how bad the carpets were from my aging dog and his accidents. Spot cleaning was not getting it done. Josh assessed the situation with a blue light that exposed even more; he has the treatments and processes to handle all situations. Josh arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job on 2 big stains. 1 was a full glass of red wine dropped in living room 2 was an old blood stain from a fall. It had been cleaned about 3 weeks ago but it had "come back"! He used several tools and got it all out! AMAZING! He is proficient and a nice guy. He may just have surpassed who I've used for a dozen years!!
Josh texted before coming, arrived on time & asked pertinent questions. After cleaning my couch looked new even though 12 years old. Very pleased with service, would use again & would recommend.
