I am VERY disappointed after contacting you 3 times and receiving absolutely NO response whatsoever!! I am a previous customer and I have no choice to write you off! How can a business not respond to customer inquiries especially when you have done business before with them??? Beyond my understanding!!
We hired J&S to replace our windows and add gutters to the front and back of our 39 year old home. From start to finish we were so happy with the quality, commitment and service we received. Jim, Scott and their team are awesome professionals who do quality work and go the extra mile to fix things that weren't evident at the start of the job. They will be our go-to contactor for all future work and we highly recommend them to all looking for reliable professionals.
Jim and his team replaced windows and added a sliding glass door to our house last year. We were very impressed with Jim's communication before and during the project, and the work itself. Jim and his team installed our new roof 2 weeks ago. They were fast, efficient and we love how the new roof changed the look of our house. Trust was our #1 factor when looking for a contractor. Terrible company and owner. Didnt pull a permit until after the roof was on and I told the owner to pull a permit, only after the work was completed and the damage was covered up. 9 months after the job was complete, we have water leaking through holes they created with their nail guns. The owner has refused to fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputible place to work on your home. I appreciate the owners response 6 years later, but why would a company agree to discount repairs and fire the sub that worked... read more
