Jean is a talented hairstylist. I have been seeing her for years and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. I love Jean.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a positive experience here. The customer service was lacking, there was basically no welcome or greeting, and she came across as disengaged / negative during the appointment. Most of our interaction consisted of negative comments about my hair which made the experience very uncomfortable for me. After shampooing, my hair was cut without being parted at all. Jean was fabulous! I’m always so nervous about getting my hair cut because I have a LOT of it but she did a fantastic job with a cut, layers and a gloss! Thank you Jean!!
